ARTE Udland approached us for a visual refresh, but we quickly identified a more fundamental challenge. After 45 years in the event ticketing business, their digital presence was fragmented across multiple regional platforms (Ticketed.com, Boxoffice.se, tustickets.es) with inconsistent experiences. The brand that had thrived since 1978 was struggling to compete not just with other ticketing services, but with the convenience of Netflix, Sky Sports, and the comfort of staying home.
